Q: Does Royaile Kennel require reservations?
A: Yes, reservations are recommended.

Q: What does Royaile Kennel offer that other boarding facilities don't?
A: We offer a safe and secure boarding facility as the owners live on the premises, flat rates for all pets no matter the size or care the pet may need, beautiful country setting, no charges for: exit bath for dog(s) before they go home, administering of medications twice a day and care for special dietary needs.  Please notify us if your dog has problems with being bathed and if it is unsafe to give your dog a bath. Note that although we attempt to give every dog an exit bath there are circumstances where it is not safe for your dog or our staff to give your dog a bath. In those situations your dog will not receive an exit bath. Also if the weather is too cold we won't give an exit bath as the cold temperatures could jeopardize the health of your dog. We never intermix animals unless they are from the same household so that we lessen have the chance of your pet getting hurt due to other animals.

Our concrete runs provide a sanitary area for your pets health and comfort.

A:  Do you take credit and debit cards for payment?
Q: No we do not take credit or debit cards for payment.  To keep costs down we take checks or cash only.

A.  Do you require a deposit?
Q.  For boarding on holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas we do required reservations.  This deposit is $25.00 and is non-refundable if you cancel.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Please bring your pet's current vaccination records.  We cater to your pet, you may provide small bedding or toys that will aid in the comfort and well being of your pet. We do not encourage bringing, bowls, water dishes, or leashes as sometimes items are misplaced.

Q: What vaccinations do my pets need? 
A: Dogs: DHLP- Parvo, Rabies, Bordatella  and Cats: FVRCP, Rabies, Leukemia     

Q: Is food included?
A:  It is recommended that you provide the food to aid your pet in avoiding dietary changes. 

Q: What if my pet is on medications?
A: Our knowledgeable staff is fully equip to handle any medications. No charge to give your pets medications up to two times a day.  Medications do not include insulin injections.

Q: I have heard bad stories about kennel boarding facilities. What would make me think that I should trust Royaile Kennel with my valued pet?
A: Like any business there are good kennel boarding facilities and bad kennel boarding facilities.  We have taken great time to build a safe boarding facility with a loving home like environment.  We take great pride in making your pets an addition to our own family here at Royaile Kennel.

Q: What about fleas and ticks?
A: We spray our facilities every week and check all pets upon check-in.  If pests are discovered action is taken immediately.  We recommend that you use a monthly flea and tick control as an extra precaution.     

Please note from May 1 to October 31 - all boarders must provide proof of tick treatment at check-in because during this time ticks are very active in the Tucson area .  To keep the facilities and boarder dogs healthy, dogs without a proof of tick treatment or dogs found with ticks will receive a dog tick treatment.  The cost of tick treatment is $11.00 per dog.

Q: Can my pet escape from Royaile Kennel?
A: The probability is extremely small due to great security and our extreme diligence.
